Mechanisms of formation and dynamics of protein assemblies

In recent years the growing interest for self-assembled protein systems, whether pure or mixed (protein-membranes, proteins-nucleic acids), highlights the knowledge deficit and therefore mobilizes very diverse fields of discipline. This deficit has allowed the emergence of various lines of research that focus on physical and dynamic characteristics of selfassemblies.
The goal of this GdR is therefore to structure a community interested not only in the self-assemblies of proteins, peptides and peptidomimetics, but also in the self-assembly processes themselves and in their dynamics.
